Panama Yoga
Our Panama Yoga Studio, Akila Yoga y Danza, is centrally located in Panama City, serving Punta Paitilla, Costa del Este, Cangrejo, Bella Vista and the entire Financial area. Besides Yoga, we also offer dance classes, from classical ballet to Latin Rhythms, you will find great teachers that make learning how to dance fun and engaging.
Some are looking for relaxation, others strength and flexibility, others balance or just some fun. Our Panama Yoga Studio has the objective to offer an experience that allows to calm the mind, expand the heart and uplift the spirit.
